Online Training
All of Pico’s programs are made after sign up so it takes him 3-4 days to get everything to you. Everything is tailored to your goals and daily schedule. Everything will be on an app called Trainerize. This is where you will find your workout each day, he will know when you start each workout as well and controls your reps, sets and rest time. Each exercise has a video example in case you don’t know how to do it. Click below to get started.
Competition Prep
Pico specializes in men’s physique, bikini and wellness competitors. A consultation will need to be scheduled via FaceTime/ zoom or in person to discuss further details. Please fill out contact form to schedule consultation.
In-person
Sessions are 45 minutes long. Workout program is tailored to amount of days training per week. Nutrition is included in monthly rate. Weekly checkins and adjustments made as needed. Macro Coaching
Pico will start your coaching by providing you with an eBook that has all the information about how to track macros. Depending on your current knowledge about macros, Pico will help you master tracking macros by the time you are done working with him. A meal plan will also be included to make sure you are still reaching your goals while you are learning to track macros. By the end of your coaching with Pico, you will be what he likes to call a Macro Slayer!
